Bangladesh marriage certificate

Bangladesh marriage certificates are issued according to religious laws. Muslims can obtain a marriage certificate under the Bangladesh Muslim Family Law of 1961, while Hindus follow the Bangladesh Hindu Marriage Act of 2012. Christians can receive their certificate under the Christian Marriage Act of 1872. Special Marriage Certificate can be obtained under the Special Marriage Act of 1872, without the need for conversion.
