A court marriage cannot be called a marriage because it has very little significance in the eyes of law. Court marriage is just a declaration of marriage. Court marriage documents are useless for visa embassy or passport verification. (Read muslim court marriage)

Civil law dictates that the legal age of consent and the minimum age for marriage is 18 for women and 21 for men. So Legally, the minimum marriage age is 18 (girls) and 21 (boys).
Besides, the same has been said in Hindu law 2012 “No Hindu male below 21 (twenty-one) years of age or Hindu female below 18 (eighteen) years of age shall enter into marriage”
