Step 1: Required Documents

  1. Both boy and girls will need unmarried certificate/marriage license and no objection letter from their own country.

  3. Four copies of passport size photographs of both boys and girls will be required.

Note: Two sets of all documents will be required, besides three adult witnesses.

To marry under the Special Marriage Act 1872, the bride or groom has to give 14 days’ notice to the registrar. Step 6: Issuance of Marriage Certificate
